This year’s Children in Need was organised by School’s Student Council and was a huge success. This year’s theme was superheroes and many students took this in their stride dressing as Batman, Superman and even Pudsey himself. The Council had made posters which they put up around the Deaf Academy to tell everyone of the event. At break time, there was the traditional cake sale as well as Pudsey badges for sale, made by the Council. Altogether the day raised £115, an amazing achievement.
